Salon Policies

Like The River accepts cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)

Cancelling an appointment: A cancellation must be made at least 24 hours ahead of time or else you will be charged 50% of the total service. If you no-show for a scheduled appointment or do not place a courtesy call, you will be charged the full services fee.

6:00 a.m. appointments are booked with a credit card for 50% of the services scheduled

Late Policy: Running behind for an appointment? Please give us a courtesy call to let us know. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you call the salon to reschedule. This is to ensure a minimum wait time and not put other appointments behind.

Eating in salon: On occasion, LTR will provide light snacks for all clients. However, we prohibit any food in the salon.

LTR does not allow solicitations of any kind.

Children: We love children, however from a liability standpoint, children are not allowed to be in the salon unless they are being serviced.
