SALON POLICIES

Like The River Salon Policies:

 Updated December 2016

*Punctuality:  To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at LTR, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled  appointment time. Late arrivals will be cancelled and/or rescheduled after 15 minutes.

 

*A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients of the salon, and for returning clients who have not visited the salon more than six months after their last appointment.

 

*Our reception area is for clients that are being serviced. There are no guests or children allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services.

 

* Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuities are welcomed in cash and can be added to your total services on a credit card.

 

* If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with their cut or color ONLY, we will gladly adjust the cut or color within seven (7) days of the original appointment at no additional charge. We do not offer a la carte styling.

 

* Children under the age of 11 are not allowed in the salon for any reason.

 

* All permanent color & extension services require a prior consultation & a 50% deposit when booking.

 

* Like The River Salon is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color procedures. Please consult with your stylist prior to receiving services.

 

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
